Refund Policy for Sponsorship Contributions
All sponsorship contributions are non-refundable, as funds are allocated immediately toward event production, marketing, logistics, and charitable programming.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event a sponsor is unable to participate in the scheduled event, they will be granted the following courtesy:
Future Event Credit Option
If a sponsor is unable to attend or activate their sponsorship at the agreed event:

Their full sponsorship value will be credited toward a future partnered event hosted by America First Veterans Alliance or an approved affiliate.

This credit must be used within 12 months of the original event date.

The future event must be equal to or of comparable value, based on the original sponsorship tier.

Custom accommodations may be made for reallocation of branding assets (e.g. logo placement, promo item inclusion, signage).
Conditions & Requirements

Sponsors must notify the event team in writing at least 5 business days before the event to activate their future credit.
The sponsorship transfer applies only to the original contributor unless otherwise approved in writing. -
Credits are not transferable for cash value or partial refunds.
Brand Representation at Future Events
Sponsors using their credit at a future event will still receive:

Recognition consistent with their original tier

Placement in digital and printed materials (if deadlines are met)

Optional vendor space, speaking slot, or branded visibility, depending on availability
